> Which documents do I need to send to finalize a reservation?
To finalize a reservation you need to send a copy of the booking form duly filled and signed, a copy of an identity document/passport of the person making the reservation and the evidence of payment.

> How long does an option last?
Optionscan last 72, 48 or 24 hours, depending on the period in which the request is made. Expiry date will be clearly mentioned among the details of the option; after the designate deadline the property will become free for other customers and available for on line booking.
> Is it possible to change the number of guests before departure?
It is possible to modify the number of guests before departure within the accommodation capability limits allowed and published on Dream Holidays'web site. Any change shall be compulsorily and promptly communicated to the agency.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
> What does the property price include?
All services included in the property price are mentioned under the apposite heading SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL for every structure published on Dream Holidays'web site.
> How much deposit do I need to pay to confirm the booking?
To confirm the booking you need to transfer a down payment of 25% of total amount + euro 35 as booking costs, within and no later two working days from the moment the reservation is made.
> When is my booking balance due?
Balance for the booking has to be transferred within 45 days prior to the day of arrival; for reservations made less than 45 days prior to the first day of the rental period, you'll be asked to pay the full amount within two working days from the moment the reservation is made.
> Are there transaction costs for the payment?
In case of payment by bank transfer, the transaction costs will depend on the conditions and policies applied by the customer's bank. Credit card costs amount to 2,5%. It is recalled that any additional cost and, in any case, relative to banking transactions may not be charged to Dream Holidays.

The security deposit is a sum that the customer has to pay the owner or his representative upon arrival in the property to protect from possible damages caused to the structure or furnishings/fittings during the stay. Said amount has to be paid by cash and it's indicated under the apposite heading SECURITY DEPOSIT (PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL), in the PRICES section of every property published on Dream Holidays'web site. The security deposit will be returned to the customer at the moment of departure after a check-out of the house condition and with possible deduction for any caused damage or extra costs that were not included in the rental price. ABOUT THE VACATION HOUSE
> Can I have other guests joining my group during the stay?
During the stay other people might join your group, as long as you do not exceed the accommodation capability published on Dream Holidays'web site. In any case, it is advisable that you promptly communicate this change in the number of guests during the stay.
> How do I make a review?
To make a review of your stay in one of our vacation houses, send us your comment by email at the following address: email@example.com

> How are the provided distances in the property description measured?

Final cleaning of the property is included in the weekly price, unless otherwise specified under the heading SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL, in the DESCRIPTIONS section of every structure of Dream Holidays'web site. If said service is not mentioned in the list, final cleaning represents an additional cost to be paid on spot at your arrival to the owner of the house. > Is there a midweek cleaning service included in the price?
Usually for multiple consecutive week stays, the owner provides with a little weekly tidying up (bathrooms and change of linen). Those who might require in depth cleaning can consult the price list published in the section PRICES>SERVICES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE, for the relative structure. This additional service can be requested and agreed upon directly on spot with the owner/responsible for the structure.
> Who takes care of garden and pool maintenance?
Garden and pool maintenance is provided by the owner or by his personnel. Usually these works take place early in the morning not to invade the guests'privacy. However the customer might arrange days and times for this maintenace works upon arrival, according to his own preferences and needs.
> Is there a baby cot or high chair available in the property?
The presence of a baby cot or high chair is mentioned under the heading AMENITIES/FACILITIES, in the DESCRIPTIONS section of every structure published on Dream Holidays's web site. Where present, that's usually a single item per type of equipment. In case you may want to verify their presence or ask further information on available quantities, you can always send a request to Dream Holidays'staff that will check with the owner the possibility to get/add a baby cot or high chair during your stay.

Property address is provided upon reception of the balance. Keys are provided directly at your arrival in the property by the owner of the house or responsible for your welcome, who will give you also basic information for the stay.

> Is it possible to get to the property exceptionally outside arrival times given by regulations?

> What kind of information do I need to send the agency before getting to the property?
Before getting to the property, customers shall insert personal information relative to all guests staying at the property in the apposite section called “National Securty Check Form”. This form has to be filled on line on the Reserved Area of the web site, with the purpose of notifing attendance to the competent local authorities.
