S.Agata Feltria is located between the valleys of the rivers Savio and Marecchia and it is told to be one of the most distinctive towns of the Montefeltro area with its cultural, natural and gastronomic tours. S.Agata Feltria, though, is also poetry and history. You can feel the history from the beautiful buildings of the town and also from the inhabitants, who are proud of such a lovely little medieval village full charm and with an unspoiled nature.
You will have to visit the unique fortress "Rocca Fregoso" where the families Malatesta, Montefeltro and Fregoso lived. The theatre "Teatro Angelo Mariani" is a jewel and it became even more famous when in the twenties the orchestra of the "Scala di Milano" played the Rigoletto of Verdi and when in 1992 Vittorio Gasman acted there the "Divina Commedia" which was also taped by the Italy's main TV channel RAI.In Sant'Agata every stone and every street has its own history and legend, a secret that you will have to discover.

Relax , gite e gastronomia !! Che volete di più !

Beautiful Villa in Authentic Italy. Beautiful, private villa with gorgeous views. It is in a very un-touristy section of Italy but with many fun options for touring and activities. We attended the La Musica Lyrica Operas. The house is large with many bathrooms and sleeping options. The 2 kitchens are made for a chef and are well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. We frequently cooked with their Weber grill and enjoyed the sunsets near the pool. We had great meals at La Locanda dell"Ambra in Talamello and Hotel Restaurant Piano Del Bosco in Perticara ( thin crust pizza served with scissors.)

We had a wonderful week in Villa Oriente. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel where we see Michael who has the keys of the house. Once we arrived we saw the beautifull view and great property. The house is well equiped. We only used the kitchen near the swimmingpool. There we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with our group of 10! The children (en we) loved the swimmingpool which is well maintained and cleaned three times that week. In the neighbourhood we found a couple of good restaurants and we also drove to San Marino, San Leo and Rimini. Thank you very much for your good advice and help.

We are happy to give Dream Holidays and our accommodation a very good review!!!Villa Oriente in Perticara was very beautifull and clean. The welcoming by the property owner was very good and he had been very helpful to us. The accommodation itself was in one word...perfect!! The owners have been very thoughtfull with the swimmingpool and all the terrasses around it. Also the poolhouse with toilet, shower, dishwasher, refridgerator and kitchen where clean and very nice. The privacy that we have found here was amazing. The owners are building another house for themselves at the other side of the property and I hope that this will not effect the privacy in the future. If there are any requests for photo’s or questions from your clients, please tell us and I will provide it. Last but not least was the very good service of Dream Holidays again. This house was again even more beautifull in real than at the website and that is very good. You have provided a perfect holiday for us and we are very thankfull for that!!!! See you in 2016!!!
DREAM HOLIDAYS: Thank you so much for the beautiful review. Regarding the other house of the owners, as you correctly noted, it has been built in a private side of the property keeping the structures completely independent from each other; moreover the owners live abroad during the whole year and only visit Italy for few weeks, therefore the privacy of the guests will be kept as an essential element of this location.

DREAM HOLIDAYS: Thank you so much for the precious remarks. We deeply apologize for the misunderstanding and with reference to this fact, we've promptly modified the house description concerning avaiable equipment.

The holiday at the Villa in the Marche was a great experience for us all. We felt very comfortable. It is more beautiful than the pictures on the Internet. Recommended.

When you book a villa on line you are never quite sure what to expect in real life. When we arrived at this Villa it literally took our breath away. The location is beautiful, set on a small hill top, in its own 24 acres of land, you are met by elegant gates leading 'up' a long drive and then out of the trees the property emerges. It is in the typical style for the area and the patios/seating areas (there are at least 4!) are well situated and very well equipped. The kitchen is brilliant with a 6 ring hob and 'giant' oven which actually works properly! The bedrooms are decorated to a high standard and roomy each with its own bathroom. The other main thing that sets this villa aside from others we have stayed in is that it feels like the owners have 'just popped out'. By this I mean everything you could want is there. Plenty of cutlery, cups, glasses (plastic for young kids) loads of cook books (mainly English), playing cards, mosi killers, washing powders, lots of book shelves full of novels, etc etc a true home from home. The swimming pool is large and deep enough to make great use of the spring board. The kids will also love exploring the rest of the grounds, which are mainly wooded. I believe that the owners will be constructing a new guest/pool house this year (2010) which I hope will not change this property too much. I hope that it stays available to smaller groups of 4- 6 rather than 10+ groups which would also be reflected in the rental costs. There are also plenty of places to visit and good local restaurants. The house is slightly remote and to go out and about always means using the small, winding country roads but that is part of the appeal in holidaying in a villa like this. San Marino was a good place to visit, tax free, with great shopping. San Leo was also a beautiful medieval town nearby to the villa. The owners have also been really helpful by providing a pin board with business cards from some of the restaurants in the towns surrounding towns, which we tried and can fully recommend. Having stayed in many private villas in Italy over the last few years we are happy to say that this property beats them all. Happy Holidays.
